1. Digital Delivery
- All purchases are for digital products only—no physical items will be shipped.
- Your personalized audio track will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
- Tracks are available in high-quality audio formats (MP3 or WAV) for easy playback on any device.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Your custom track will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to high order volume or technical issues. If you do not receive your track within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at zach@neuralreprogram.com.
3. Accessing Your Files
- Your download link will be included in the confirmation email.
- If you experience any issues downloading your track, contact us for assistance.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If you have not received your track within 24 hours, please:
- Check your email spam/junk folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email at checkout.
- Contact our support team at zach@neuralreprogram.com with your order details, and we will resend your track.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If your track is not delivered within the promised timeframe or is incorrect, we will recreate and resend it at no additional cost.
- If you made an error during customization (e.g., wrong affirmations or settings), please contact us immediately. We may offer limited revisions on a case-by-case basis.
