1. Digital Delivery

  • All purchases are for digital products only—no physical items will be shipped.
  • Your personalized audio track will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Tracks are available in high-quality audio formats (MP3 or WAV) for easy playback on any device.


2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Your custom track will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to high order volume or technical issues. If you do not receive your track within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at zach@neuralreprogram.com.


3. Accessing Your Files

  • Your download link will be included in the confirmation email.
  • If you experience any issues downloading your track, contact us for assistance.


4. Non-Delivery Issues

If you have not received your track within 24 hours, please:

  1. Check your email spam/junk folder.
  2. Ensure you entered the correct email at checkout.
  3. Contact our support team at zach@neuralreprogram.com with your order details, and we will resend your track.


5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If your track is not delivered within the promised timeframe or is incorrect, we will recreate and resend it at no additional cost.
  • If you made an error during customization (e.g., wrong affirmations or settings), please contact us immediately. We may offer limited revisions on a case-by-case basis.
